🏖️ Picnic at Littlehampton Beach

We recently enjoyed a brilliant picnic at the brand‑new Disabled Beach Huts on Littlehampton seafront. The sun was shining, the waves were rolling, and the atmosphere was buzzing. We were joined by our friends from Phab Worthing, making the day even more special with laughter, shared stories, and plenty of seaside fun.

It was the perfect mix of relaxation, friendship, and community spirit — exactly what Arun Sunshine Group is all about.

🎨 Art Sessions with Ashleigh from Ace of Paints

Creativity is in full swing at Arun Sunshine Group! Our members are currently enjoying brilliant art sessions led by Ashleigh from Ace of Paints, and the room has been buzzing with colour, imagination, and plenty of smiles.

These sessions are building up to one of our favourite events of the year — our annual art competition in December, where members get to showcase their artwork, celebrate their achievements, and enjoy a moment in the spotlight.

It’s hands‑on, confidence‑boosting, and full of fun — exactly the kind of energy we love.

🏅 Sports Day Fun at the Girl Guide Hall

Our Sports Day was an absolute hit! The Girl Guide Hall was buzzing with excitement as everyone took part, cheering each other on and showing off their fantastic team spirit.

From relay races to fun challenges, the energy was sky‑high — and the smiles were even bigger. At the end of the day, the winning teams were proudly presented with medals and cups by Kim, making the celebration feel extra special.

It was active, inclusive, and full of laughter — exactly the kind of uplifting day we love at Arun Sunshine Group.
